Augie’s Story
When Casey & Chris started Mister Sizzle’s, they had one big goal in mind—to be the best burger joint in the world. And their first stop was their favorite place in the world: Buffalo. They opened up shop in the West Side neighborhood four years ago and have been serving up tasty food, delicious cocktails, great service, and good times ever since.
And while they love burgers, they really love their people—that's why they always strive to provide a safe and respectful place for their staff to work. They've also committed to providing opportunities for diversity within their company because they want to make sure their employees—and guests—reflect the world around us.
At the end of the day, they don’t just want to be the best burger in town (or the world), they want to be the best people, too.

That's why we teamed up with Brian Windschitl who helped them rebrand their shop now named after their son, Augie! To share their love with the world.
